The Witches New Year
Happy Samhain to all--the end of summer, the turning of the wheel and the beginning of the Witches new year.
This is my time of year for purging, cleaning out, organizing, reflecting, being grateful, making changes, and starting anew a refreshed in many areas of my life.
I have much to be grateful for during the past year. It is the first anniversary of my website. I've begun my own aromatherapy and craft business. I've published my first column in "Preistess Pathways". I conducted my first handfasting ritual just a few weeks ago. I've completed a considerable number of assignments towards becoming a High Preistess. I've begun teaching workshops on Wicca, Witchcraft and Magick. I've built many frienships and relationships with individuals within the Pagan and Wiccan community. I've manifested some very challenging magickal objectives. I've received a raise and two bonuses at work. My spouse took a new position, which gives us more time together. And the list goes on.
My challenges continue to be not having enough time to do all those things on the ever present to do list and taking time for myself both spiritually and physically.
In the coming year, I plan to focus on honoring my spirituality in all areas of my life. I find when I do this, I'm completely connected to the Universe, and I'm at my happiest. Isn't that how life should be?!
