New Projects
Blessed Be. As you can read, I'm still not in the habit of blogging everyday.
What I have been doing is creating a line of aromatherapy products and handmade items created with a touch of magick that I call Goddess Goods by Sage (that would be me!). This products will be launched at C&S Hair Designs in Fredericksburg, VA. I'm very excited about this, but getting the right supplies, creating the actual products, choosing the right packaging, labeling, etc. can be time consuming. I think once I get a routine down the work will flow much easier. I hope to make this products available on my website and at gatherings eventually.
The first entry in my new column Witchers, part of the Sisters of the Burning Branch newsletter, has been published. This column is based on my book project, After the Spell is Cast. I'm so proud. It is a small publication, but seeing your own words in print for others to read is a rush that no drug can compare to and leaves you wanting to write more.
Magickally, I've been working hard of on raising and projecting energy. Something very difficult to master. Sitting in a magick circle and listening to drumming to raise energy just does not cut it for me. I'd rather built momentum through actual tasks associated with a certain outcome. Most of this effort is being focused on my professional work projects.
I'm also dealing with an individual whose behaviors are border line slander, so legal action may be in order. I mentioned in an earlier entry my work on creating a magickal entity. I learned about this magickal technique from my very good friend, Taylor Ellwood., co-author of "Creating Magickal Entitites". It is a method of creating an entity to do the magickal work for you in a situation that you may be too close to. I do a lot of poppet magick and performed a poppet spell to stop this individual from causing any harm. But in this case something stronger is needed because this guy is not going to take a binding lying down.
My coven work is a slow process because it requires so much of my undivided attention. I'm going to be scheduling the work so that it does not get ignored.
I'm also taking Reiki classes and working towords my masters level. Did I also mention that I'm woving more towards being an Interfaith Minister.
All this, and I still work a full-time job an hour away.
The spell to create more time is in progress, but it backfired on me last night. Insomnia was the result.
Other than that, my Magical life is good...
